Free 2-3 day ground domestic shipping.
Rates may apply for 5-10 day International ground shipping.
If you have a Chicago shipping address, you may be eligible for same day delivery. Please email email@example.com for this inquiry.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Solid & Striped ships to both U.S. and international addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (UPS Standard Shipping (Delivered by UPS SurePost), UPS Next Day, International). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Overnight orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & duty fees.

To initiate your return peel off return shipping label and place on return shipping packaging.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable, therefore return shipping labels are not included.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached.
Please make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
Shipping and handling charges for the first domestic return will be complimentary. In the event of an additional return, shipping charges will apply. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 21 days from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
