Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns on items in their original condition with tags attached, and hygienic liners in tact for all swim bottoms and one pieces. In order to be eligible for return, Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns may be requested in exchange for a refund back to the original form of payment, La Porte store credit, or an exchanged item if applicable. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive the returned package. Refunds provided back to the original form of payment will incur a $9.00 processing fee per order.
All shipping fees and Route Shipping Insurance are non-refundable.

All returns processed for a refund back to the original form of payment are subject to a $9.00 processing fee per order. This fee is allocated to the receival, inspection, and repackaging of returns in order to maintain the best quality for all customers.
Exchanges and items returned for store credit do not incur a return processing fee.
Our Loop Returns Portal will guide you through the return or exchange process! You will need to verify your order number and zip code to initiate a return or exchange through Loop.
All returns and exchanges must be requested through the Loop Returns Portal within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please refer to our return policy for additional information.
International orders are not eligible for exchange.
Once our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your returned package, we will proceed with packing and shipping your exchange. Please allow up to 14 days of processing time from the date your return arrives at our warehouse.
All discounted items are final sale. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
Orders
All orders are immediately processed in our system. Unfortunately, we cannot edit, change, or cancel any orders once a purchase has been made. This includes edits to shipping and billing addresses, shipping methods, and promotional codes as well as order cancellations and additions, removals, or alterations of the items on order.
Care instructions tags are located on all La Porte swimwear and Ready-To-Wear. Care instructions are also available on our website on each product’s page.
We recommend always hand washing your swim with light soap, if needed. Rinse and hang to dry in a cool dry place. DO NOT launder your swim. Washers and dryers are harsh on delicates.

Shipping
All orders are immediately processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
During peak and holiday seasons, please allow for 2-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment time due to high volume.
United States Orders:
Packages may take 3-12 business days to deliver depending on your location and method of shipping. Please monitor your tracking provided with your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders:
Packages may take 3-12 business days to deliver depending on your location and method of shipping. In case of processing and fulfillment delays with international packages, please allow for an additional 7 business days for your package to arrive. Please monitor your tracking provided with your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email provided during checkout. This email will include your tracking number.
All orders shipped within the United States will be issued a UPS tracking number. International orders will be issued a tracking number with Passport.
Unites States Orders:
All orders under $150 will be charged a $5.99 standard shipping fee. Expedited shipping costs are determined at checkout.
International Orders:
International customers are responsible for all return shipping and postage costs.
Products
We believe that sustainability is so much more than just creating eco-friendly materials. Our sustainability starts at the root of the process from our team to the factories we only work with fair wage, equal pay, and ethical partners. If someone cant make a life from creating our products, thats not very sustainable is it? Next our products, we always seek out the most environmentally safe materials --even if it means milling it from scratch. We only dye in small batches to conserve water and utilize non-toxic chemicals that don't poison the waters and soils of surrounding areas. You see sustainability is more than just material.. it's an entire eco-system and we take our responsibility to our customers and the world around us extremely seriously.
Our products are handmade made by the highest quality sewers at the most reputable factories in the world.
All of our prints are hand drawn in house created as the foundation of all collections.
Our signature jacquard is entirely milled in house and proprietary. This fabrication took us nearly a year to develop, its our take on an elevated texture. We custom dye every color, we don't do stock colors ever. The best part..its made of recycled poly and spandex. It's custom, its sustainable, elevated, it's everything you could want in a swim fabric.
Our pearls are not real, they are made of recycled plastics though!
