Shipping
All orders are immediately processed. If orders are placed before 1pm EST your order will go out same day. If your order is placed after 1pm EST your order will go out the following day. All domestic US orders recieve free shipping over $150.
Returns
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one time exchange. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. Please visit our FAQ's page for more details.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free with no associated fees. Please Start A Return through our Loop Returns Portal to initiate your exchange.
