RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns on items in their original condition with tags attached, and hygienic liners in tact for all swim bottoms and one pieces. In order to be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
All returns must be requested within 15 days of the date of delivery. Returns may be requested in exchange for a refund back to the original form of payment, La Porte store credit, or an exchanged item if applicable. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive the returned package. First time customers can submit a return in exchange for a full refund back to the original form of payment. Returning customers requesting a refund to the original form of payment will incur a $5.00 processing fee per order.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
All scarves, accessories, and discounted items are final sale. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is temporarily suspended due to system integration issues. If you would like to be added to our outreach list so that we may inform you once international shipping is made available, please contact concierge@laporteswim.com.
